Jerry Cooper is running for Cowlitz County commissioner.
I recently read three things in one of his campaign pieces that really impressed me. He said:
1. "I will not vote for any measure unless it is constitutional."
2. "I will not vote for any measure unless it is needed."
3. "I will not vote for any measure unless it is affordable."
Can you imagine how great America would be if all politicians — especially those in the swamp of Washington, D.C. — stood for those three things?
And speaking of swamps, even a tiny swamp like the Cowlitz County government needs draining too. Jerry Cooper is ready to put on his boots and get to work. And I am ready to roll up my sleeves and help him win in the November election. I urge you to join me and a fast-growing number of other citizens who want less county government and more individual freedom. !
