There are perhaps hundreds of millions of potential emigrants in the world. Those who would like to leave their country. Practically the major population of Africa, north of South Africa, would like to flee the chaos and violence of their countries. Myanmar, formally Burma, is in a humanitarian crisis with people fleeing to Cambodia and any place they can. Should we really have open borders for everyone? Or is the open border issue only a convenient political pawn rather than an act of benevolence?
