Paulette Lichatowich is ready for prime time in Columbia County!

The long-time, civic-minded volunteer from Columbia City is on the ballot in the May election, running for the open seat on the three-member county commission.

I urge my fellow North County voters to cast your ballot for Paulette.

She is a highly competent businessperson with years of experience as a volunteer on the County Planning Commission and the Port of St. Helens Board of Directors. She is active in local community charity work and community improvement projects. Having known Paulette for many years I can affirm that she is an honest, trustworthy and caring person, worthy of your support.

Get acquainted and ask questions at the meet 'n' greet for Paulette at the Farmhouse Coffee Shop in Clatskanie on Saturday, April 7, from 10 to 11:30 am. You can also compare candidates at the forum in Rainier on April 5 at 6 pm at "Big Green."

I think you'll agree that Paulette is the person we need now on the Board of Commissioners.
