An early morning crash Saturday on State Route 503 left two people injured.

According to the Washington State Patrol, at around 2:30 a.m. a car headed north on SR 503 crossed the center line and struck a southbound truck that was towing a trailer.

The crash occurred near milepost 33, which is 21 miles east of Woodland.

Both drivers were taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center for treatment, according to a WSP press release.

Both vehicles were totaled, WSP said.
