Drugs, theft — Longview police Wednesday arrested Ian Aaron Anderson, 37, of Longview on suspicion of a felony drug offense and third-degree theft.

Assault — Cowlitz County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday arrested Justin William Haulk, 30, of La Center on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Fraud — Longview police Wednesday arrested Jack Wayne Potts, 39, of Longview on suspicion of fraud, first-degree identity theft, obstructing a public servant and being a fugitive from justice.

Drugs — Longview police Wednesday arrested Wayne Reginald Spensley, 56, of Longview on suspicion of a felony drug offense.

Drugs — Kelso police Thursday arrested Andrew Scott Toll, 40, of Kelso on suspicion of third-degree driving with a suspended license, violating a trip permit and a felony drug offense.

Fraud — A fake JH Kelly email account allegedly emailed the City of Kalama requesting the clerk to change the account they use to send money to the Longview contractor. The clerk contacted JH Kelly and learned it was a fraudulent account, according to Kalama police.
