Fugitive – Longview police on Wednesday arrested Justin Schuyler Mayes, 18, of Longview on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice.

Indecent exposure – Cowlitz County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday arrested a 43-year-old Longview man on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Fraud – Longview police on Wednesday responded to a call about a counterfeit $20 bill used at the McDonald’s on Ocean Beach Highway.

Vandalism

  • 300 block of Ash Street, Kelso. Wednesday. Window shot out with pellet gun.
  • Allen Street and Minor Road, Kelso. Wednesday. Man in a white Honda threw liquid out of a bottle at another car.

Thefts

  • 1300 block of Tilla Drive, Kelso. Wednesday. A Kelso woman accused her brother of stealing two credit cards, a Starbucks gift card, a backpack and a longboard. One credit card was used for unauthorized purchases and cancelled.
  • 1200 block of Lexington Avenue, Kelso. Wednesday. Stolen 6HP Evinrude boat motor and turkey fryer worth $500.
  • 3200 block of Ragland Road, Longview. Wednesday. Two dogs allegedly stolen: “Tomei,” a red and white husky with blue eyes wearing a pink harness, and “Fonzie,” a German shepherd wearing a blue harness. Both were wearing tags.

Burglary

1400 block of 12th Avenue, Longview. Wednesday. Attempted burglary to an alley door with a screwdriver. The handle is dented.
