Two more donations to The Daily News’ holiday season Neighbors in Need drive to help feed the needy, has brought the total amount of money collected to $50,202.

The drive began on Thanksgiving and continued through New Year’s Day.

During the drive, TDN collected monetary donations and gave every penny to the Longview St. Vincent de Paul and the Salvation Army.

The newspaper pays all administrative costs.

Neighbors in Need has raised more than $1.27 million since it began in 1987. Last year, the annual drive collected $59,504. This year’s goal was $60,000.

The latest donations:

$60: Longview Eagles Bunco Club in appreciation of 2018 and in memory of our bunco players who have passed away.

$50: Kathy Stoken Harris in memory of Donald R. Stoken and Richard Fitzsimmons (Papa).
