In this Daily News file photo, a squirrel bounds across the Longview Public Library grounds.

Cowlitz County sheriff’s deputies banned a man from all county parks after receiving at least three complaints that he was baiting squirrels so his dog could attack them, according to 911 records.

An unnamed caller reported the man to deputies Wednesday after capturing photos and videos of him near Riverside Park in Kelso. The caller told dispatchers that the man was using a bag of peanuts to lure the squirrels in.

It was unclear Thursday who the man was and whether he was local.

Deputies issued a lifetime ban against the man and explained why he had been trespassed from all parks, according to 911 records.
