Longview police seized an ounce each of cocaine and heroin, a half-ounce of meth, $16,000 cash and a semi-automatic handgun from a Kelso man’s mobile home Tuesday afternoon, according to a Street Crimes Unit press release.
Josue Cipriano-Bautista, 27, was arrested on suspicion of intent to deliver of narcotics. He may also face firearms charges.
According to court documents, agents obtained a warrant and forced their way into Cipriano-Bautista’s home at 214 Holcomb Ave. Police found cocaine and an unopened Suboxone strip in Cipriano-Bautista’s pockets, and more drugs in various bags and a safe inside the trailer, according to court documents
Inside that safe, police discovered a large bag containing cocaine and $16,050. Police also found a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun with two magazines above the safe, court documents say.
Bautista was booked into Cowlitz County Jail but apparently bailed out later Wednesday. His bail had been set at $3,500 earlier in the day.
