Lewis County sheriff's deputies caught five burglary suspects and are searching for a sixth in connection with two unrelated burglaries that occurred within a 24-hour period in Toledo and Centralia, according to a press release.
Deputies located two suspects in the area of the 600 block of State Route 506 in Toledo around 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Jason C. Patterson, 44, of Onalaksa was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Brandy J. Stevens, 32, of Vader faces the same charges but not booked.
At around 7 a.m. Wednesday morning, deputies were dispatched to a burglary in the 2400 block of Seminary Hill Road in Centralia, where the victim had attempted to follow suspects in two fleeing vehicles. Centralia Police and deputies arrested Eric M. McCarthy, 48, of Seattle, Terry L. Hadley, 53, of Chehalis, and Austin N. Humphrey, 23, of Napavine.
Erik G. Spicer, 32, of Napavine remains at large, police said, and anyone with information is encouraged to reach the Lewis County sheriff's office at 360-748-9286.
