Longview police officers early Friday arrested a Kelso man with a history of driving under the influence convictions.
Richard Lawrence Rae Jr., 60, was arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence, first-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock.
Driving under the influence is considered a felony in Washington when the person has three or more prior DUI convictions within 10 years. Rae was convicted of driving under the influence twice in 2015 and once in 2012.
Rae also was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence multiple times in the 1990s and early 2000s.
He was ordered into the Cowlitz County jail in lieu of $25,000 bail Friday and will be arraigned March 26.
