Four people were sent to the hospital with minor injuries Monday afternoon after a driver ran a stop sign and was hit by a semi truck near Headquarters Road and Bond Road in the Castle Rock area.

The driver, 42-year-old Patricia Duss of Castle Rock, was cited for running a stop sign, Cowlitz County Sheriff Brad Thurman said Tuesday.

The driver of the semi truck was also injured and taken to the hospital, Thurman said.
