Southwest Washington Congresswoman Jaime Herrera Beutler will host a live, hour-long telephone town hall at 5:25 p.m. Thursday.
All residents of Southwest Washington’s 3rd Congressional District can participate to “get updates on the congresswoman’s initiatives to grow jobs, help working families and improve health care,” according to a press release from her office.
Residents will also be invited to ask questions or share opinions.
The call is Herrera Butler’s first encounter with the general public since she and all other House Republicans voted against launching a formal impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump. Herrera Beutler, a Clark County Republican, called the Oct. 31 action “a farce.”
