Nov. 4, 1939 — March 31, 2019
Born in Portland in November 1939 to Floyd and Lois Williams. Linda joined an older sister Doreen. Later, a brother Dennis followed. My parents were divorced when I was very young and my mother had the good fortune to marry my stepfather Glen Chenoweth a few years later. He was the only father figure in my life and then later my half-brother Mike joined our brood. In later years, I had the opportunity to connect with a half-sister from one of my father’s marriages. I was married to Otis Bouchard and had four children, Becky Ribelin (Gary), Laura Vilhauer, Tim Bouchard, Randy Bouchard (Laura). I have 5 grandchildren, Gabe Ribelin (Kirstin), Jamey Ribelin (Katie), Skylar Ribelin, Olivia and Aidan Bouchard. Also 4 great-grandchildren Jack, Maddy, Logan & Claire Ribelin.
I worked for many years for the Castle Rock School District as a bus driver and elementary aide. I went into the construction industry doing payroll, etc. until my retirement in 2000.
I’m a member of Castle Rock United Methodist Church.
Linda’s celebration of life will be Saturday, April 20, at 1 p.m. at Castle Rock United Methodist Church. Donations can be made to Community Home Health & Hospice.
