Leeta Blaine Setters, 79, of Longview, passed away February 3, 2018 in Longview. She was born March 10, 1938 in Longview to Allen & Virginia Fowler (Rogers) and lived in the local area her entire life.

Leeta graduated with the Class of 1956 at Castle Rock High School and received a Billing Correspondence degree in 1977 from PSU. She was a Records Technician at St. John’s Medical until 1978, and was a devoted housewife from 1978 to 2018.

Leeta belonged to the 7th Day Adventist Church, and was a member of ILWU Local 21 Pensioners Group. She liked quilting, traveling, camping, various arts & crafts, and decorating. Leeta was caring, loving and had a giving heart. She was devoted to her family, and would always tell her family members ‘I Love You’ no matter what the situation may be.

Leeta and William H. Setters were married June 29, 1957 in Kelso. He survives her at home.

Additional survivors include 2 sons, Jeffrey and Mark Setters; daughter in law Tammy Neuman; 5 granddaughters; 6 grandsons; 1 great granddaughter; 8 great grandsons; and 2 sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, and a brother.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 7th Day Adventist Church, 1185 Westside Hwy, Kelso with Pastor Rick New officiating. In lieu of flowers, please send any memorial contributions to Journey Kelso-Longview Adventist Church.
