Nov. 10, 1950 — March 3, 2019
Hari’s spirit soared to his happy hunting grounds March 3, 2019.
Born in Longview to Oscar George and Madeline Violet (Fox) Myers, the eighth of 10 children, he attended Longview schools and graduated from Mark Morris High School in 1969.
An avid pool player, hunter and pioneer-living enthusiast, Hari was an exceptional friend and human being. Loving and tenderhearted, he was always willing to help friends or family, and could accomplish what most wouldn’t attempt. Thinking “outside the box” was his specialty.
Artistic with wood, stone and words, he relaxed by carving, and writing the poems and stories constantly running through his mind.
Hari is survived by his wife, Malynne; two daughters, Adrienne and Jessica; his nine siblings, Dan (Nancy), Bob (Marva), David, Joe (Cheryl), Vi, Carmen (Bill), Margaret, Doris, and Susan (Ladd); and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers-in-law.
A private family gathering will be held. For all who knew him, his memory endures and endears.
