Donald Edward Faul, 80, passed away at hospice care in Kennewick, WA, on Jan. 14, 2019. Donald was born Sept. 9, 1938, to Fred and Mathilda Faul in Ward County, ND. Donald moved to the local area from North Dakota in August of 1951 with his parents and 10 siblings. He graduated from Kelso High School, where he was nicknamed “Frenchie,” in 1956. Donald married Emilie Coe on Sept. 17, 1996. He served in the Army for two years and later worked at Weyerhaeuser, J.D. Searle Medical and was an ironworker for Lampson Crane in the tri-cities area. Donald loved his golf outings and hunting east of the mountains with his brother Wilbert and nephews.

Donald is survived by his sisters Louise Mohr, of Vancouver, WA, Rose (Ned) Moore, of Longview, WA, Ardella (Joe) Stefanik, of Longview, WA, Marcella Faul, of Kelso, WA, Lynette (Harold) Haskins, of Puyallup, WA; brother Wilbert (Judy) Faul, of Uniontown, WA; wife Emilie Faul and her children Jaimie (Tim) Sanduskie, Tye Coleman, and Tim Coleman, of Kennewick, WA; 12 nephews; 15 nieces; and many cousins. Donald is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Mathilda Faul; brothers Ralland, an infant, in 1930, Arnold (Lillie) in 1987, Milton (Patty) in 2014, Wilferd in 1999, Lynn in 2009; and two nephews Rodney Faul and Tim Moore.
A rememberance is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2019, from 1-4 p.m. in the “Bull Shed” at Mayfield Kamper Klub at 304 Winston Creek Road, Mossyrock, WA, 98564.
