A gentle but effective class to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
The class is made of Positions done close to the ground and are held for 1-5 minutes, for deep fascia stretching and are taught with a variety of props (blocks, pillows, bolsters), to support the weight of the body.
Focusing on deep breathing and mindful strategies to help you settle into the poses, quiet the mind, release muscles and calm the nervous system.
Release, recovery and relaxation is the goal of this class. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat.
