A gentle class for practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Beneficial for everyone, whether you have limited mobility from an injury, illness or age or want to learn seated exercises you can do while traveling or working. This class will focus on postural habits, breathing techniques to increase lung expansion, promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
