A fun lower intensity exercise class! Especially designed to include active older adults, individuals who haven't been exercising in a while, or individuals who may be limited physically.
Movements are gentle on the joints and easy to follow. The goal of the class is to have fun while keeping you moving! Suggested equipment: pair of light weight dumbbells.
