Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster parent.

Prospective foster parents must complete Orientation training prior to attending Caregiver Core Training.

Orientation is designed to help guide participants through the licensing process and provide a brief overview on what foster parenting is all about.

You will meet other prospective foster parents and will have a licenser available to answer any questions you may have. The licenser will discuss the minimum licensing requirements and help you with required paperwork.

Licensing application packets will be provided. Orientation can be completed online, however attending an in-person class is encouraged. It is the best opportunity to ask any questions you have. We look forward to meeting you soon.

  • Starting Thursday, April 18th, 2019, repeats every 2 months on the 3rd Thursday until Wednesday, January 01, 2020 @ 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
