The Cowlitz County Prosecutor's Office has issued a warrant for the arrest of Jan Douglas Davis, 45, of Albany, Ore., previously of Woodland, on charges of cyberstalking and telephone harassment.

Judge Stephen Warning found probable cause to proceed with charges July 6, but Davis did not appear in court Aug. 23 in response to a summons.

Between June 14 and Sept. 25, 2009, he is alleged to have violated a no-contact order more than 80 times — including 68 calls or texts  against a former girlfriend.
