The Longview Public Library and Lower Columbia College will host separate career fairs over the next two weeks.
LCC’s networking and career fair will take place on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m Thursday at the college’s student center. About 25 employers are scheduled to present openings for students, alumni, and community members, the college’s website said. Resume review will also be available.
Longview Public Library will host a hiring event from noon to 3 p.m. April 26 featuring local employers, including PeaceHealth, the Cowlitz Tribe, Cowlitz Black Bears, Actech, Inc., American Workforce Group and RiverCities Transit. More than 10 employers are expected to present job openings at the event.
The library also offers one-on-one resume help by appointment, and a WorkSource-led resume workshop every month.
