Theft — Cowlitz County sheriff’s deputies Saturday arrested Longview residents Justin David Marshall, 38, and Kennedy Rae Jacobs, 23, on suspicion of second-degree theft and second-degree vehicle prowling (Marshall was also arrested for trafficking in stolen property). They allegedly stole tools from a BNSF Railway yard and sold them at pawn shops.

Drugs — Longview police Sunday arrested Miguel Marcelino Hernandez, 29, of Longview on suspicion of a felony drug violation.

Possession — Longview police Sunday arrested Jordanna Leigh Amos, 29, of Longview on suspicion of felony drug possession and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
