The Vancouver Wine and Jazz Festival continues Saturday and Sunday at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.
Headline acts are John Hammond at 2:30 p.m. Saturday; the Brubeck Brothers Quartet, 4:30 p.m. Saturday; Spyro Gyra, 6:30 p.m. Saturday; David Sanborn, 8:30 p.m. Saturday; Stanley Jordan, 3:30 p.m. Sunday, the Savoy-Doucet Cajun Band, 5:30 p.m. Sunday; and The Rippingtons, 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
Audiences may bring low-backed chairs and blankets to set up on the lawn, but no outside food or drinks.
Tickets cost $20 for Friday, $25 for Saturday or Sunday or $60 for a three-day pass. Kids under 12 are free with paying adults.

Drag racing in Toutle
The Bulletproof Hot Rod Eruption Traditional Drag Races will return to the Riverdale Raceway near Toutle on Sunday.
The event features hot rods built in the style of the 1940s through 60s.
Race registration is $35 at the gate. Spectator admission is $10.
Brynion at Regent
The rock band Brynion will play from 8:30 to midnight Saturday at the Regent Restaurant and Lounge, 3353 Washington Way.
There's no cover charge.
Comedy at Henri's
Another comedy competition will be held starting at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Henri's Carousel, 4545 Ocean Beach Highway.
Afterwards, comic Junior Shaw and the band Lyla Crying will perform.
Standing Ovation
Standing Ovation will host another all-ages rock show starting at 7 p.m. Saturday.
The lineup includes Almost to the Ocean, Ashlynn, Caught by Currents, The Brightest and Pray for Mourning. There's a $5 cover charge.

Kelso Cowboy Church
The Kelso Cowboy Church will have its monthly event with live country gospel music from 6:30-9 p.m. Saturday at New Horizon church, 405 N. 19th Ave., Kelso.
