NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Monday June 15, 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding a request from Cable Huston who is submitting two applications on behalf of Enerfin Resources for Conditional Use Permits for a natural gas gathering line to connect a new gas well (Tambora well site) with existing distribution facilities to the NW Natural Gas Miller Station. Two routes for a gas gathering line are being applied under two Conditional Use Permits; one running north and the other south of the well site. The North route would cross the Nehalem and proceed north on Forest Lands to connect with an existing gathering line; and, the South route would stay on the valley floor crossing flat farming lands and connect to another gathering line at the Busch well site. The proposed gas line routes would be within a 30'easment. SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Columbia County Planning Commission on Monday, June 15, 2015, at 230 Strand, St. Helens, Oregon, starting at or after 6:30 p.m., at which time proponents and opponents of the proposed application will be heard.
