What: Fundraiser for comedian Mark Kikel.

When: 8-10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24.

Where: Poker Pete's Pizza, 168 N. First St., Kalama.

Since 1999, Mark has helped raised thousands of dollars for the kids of Cowlitz County as well as for Relay for Life and Senior Nights.  He has booked talent monthly at Poker Pete's Pizza for every kind of event as well as hosted the shows.

Mark, or "Mustard Man" as the comedy community knows him, is a 32-year comedy veteran. He got his nickname by accepting a challenge to drink mustard on the radio show Mark and Brian which got him a spot on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno and Steve Harvey's "Big Time Challenge."

On Dec. 11, 2017,  Mark suffered a severe stroke to his right side. He is recovering, but needs help with day-to-day expenses until he can work again.

As a diabetic, Mark has tried very hard to balance his life, day job, fatherhood and his comedy.

He has never asked for help.  We'd like to help him now.

Join comedians Dylan Jenkins, Art Krug and Susan Rice for a night of laughter to help this selfless guy get through a hard time.
