Cowlitz County Search & Rescue is holding a dinner and silent auction Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Longview Country Club.

Your support will help this all-volunteer organization replace a well-used and maintenance-heavy 1982 school bus serving as our command post.  

Doors will open for cocktails and auction preview at 5 p.m., with the silent auction from 5:30 to 7 p.m.  Dinner, dancing and games take place from 7 to 10 p.m.

Tickets for the fundraiser can be purchased online at  Advanced purchase is required as no tickets will be sold at the door. 

This will be a fun event with a wide selection of auction items including night and weekend destinations on the coast and Seattle, fishing charters and paintball parties, sports memorabilia from the Mariners and Trail Blazers, sporting goods from Cabella’s and Lamiglass, river cruises, winery and museum tours,art and woodwork, and many other items.

Enjoy an elegant dinner (choose your entrée when you purchase your ticket) and games such as wine and beer bottle ring toss and desert dash, as well as music and dancing.
