Request for QualificationsMarine Facilities Planning & Engineering Services18-007-RFQJanuary 12, 2018The Port of Longview (Port) is extending an invitation to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide planning and engineering services related to marine facilities.Project Description:The Port owns eight marine berths handling a variety of cargo types including dry bulks, breakbulk, and project cargos. The Port has an additional 280 acres of undeveloped industrial marine property. The Port has a need for marine facility consulting services for new and redevelopment projects in planning, operations analysis, navigational analysis, economic analysis, transportation analysis, environmental analysis, and engineering in support of a wide variety of on-berth, in water operations, projects, industrial marine land development, and other related issues. Site Tour:A site tour will be held at the Port located at 10 Port Way, Longview, WA 98632 on January 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. PT. Interested firms are highly encouraged to attend.Submittal:Submittals should conform to the requirements as set forth in 18-007-RFQ found at: addenda issued will be posted to the above mentioned website. There will be no other notification that Addenda have been issued. It is the responsibility of the interested firm to monitor the issuance of addenda.Evaluation:Submittals will be evaluated and ranked on the criteria as set forth in the Request for Qualifications.
